Yes. We've closed deals where the buyer never set foot on the property until after registration. We handle PoA, video walk-throughs, and remote signature.

"How does FEMA repatriation work?"

For sales of self-acquired property by NRIs, full repatriation is allowed up to USD 1M per financial year, subject to TDS and Form 15CA/CB. We coordinate with our CA partners to handle the paperwork.

"Will you manage the property for me?"

Yes. Tenant sourcing, screening, rent collection, monthly reports, maintenance β€” all included. 5% of collected rent.

"What about TDS on my rent?"

Tenants are required to deduct 30% TDS on NRI rent. We help structure this correctly and file your Form 26AS for tax credits.
