Indian real estate has historically rewarded the broker who closed the deal, not the advisor who said no. The result: a category where the most lucrative outcome for the seller of services is your worst-case decision.
We bill on outcomes, not leads. We say no when the math doesn't work. We tell you to wait, or buy somewhere else, when the deal in front of us isn't the right one. We've turned away ~30% of the deals brought to us in the last 12 months. We sleep fine.
How we make money
Transparent, written, before you sign anything.
- Buy/sell residential: 1% (capped) success-fee, both sides see it.
- Commercial leasing: One month rent, paid by the landlord on tenant placement.
- Investment advisory: Flat retainer (βΉ25,000ββΉ1,00,000 / engagement).
- Property management: 5% of monthly rent collected.
