8BHK Realty operates as a real-estate advisory and listings platform serving Bhubaneswar and the broader Odisha market. Use of the site is subject to Indian law and RERA Odisha regulations.

2. Listings & Verification

Every listing on 8bhk.com is physically visited by an 8BHK advisor before publication. Pricing, availability, and details may change; we make best efforts to keep them current. Final terms are subject to direct negotiation between parties.

3. Engagement & Fees

Advisory and brokerage engagements are governed by separate written agreements. Fees are disclosed before any work begins.

4. Liability

8BHK Realty does not guarantee specific outcomes. We provide advice in good faith based on available information. Final decisions rest with the client.

5. RERA

We are a registered real-estate agent under RERA Odisha (RERA/OD/AGENT/2487).
